Baltic & South – East Asian Chamber of Commerce led the initiative for Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and National Taipei University of Technology (Taiwan) agreement of academic exchange and cooperation. The Rector of Vytautas Magnus University, Prof. Dr. Juozas Augutis, and the representative from College of Design of Taipei Tech, Dr. Ryan Sheng-Ming Wang, completed the Agreement on November 5, 2018.

This agreement opens new possibilities for both universities to promote mutual understandings and cooperation in academic fields.
