城市空間治理-德國漢堡市的城市願景 Management of Urban Space

本課程主要以城市空間治理內容為主，以德國的漢堡市為主要的討論對象，內容包含一個發展成熟
的城市，如何進行都市計畫與相關的都市設計，因應城市的成長與空間發展。德國的漢堡市，為了面對
並解決舊市區與舊工業區的更新問題，藉由IBA的國際建築展的契機，引進了新的城市發展與建築的實
驗，使得城市脫胎換骨，建築與城市空間的討論成為居民日常生活的關注，以及國際都市計畫與都市設
計學界討論的焦點。本課程將會針對漢堡市近二十年的發展願景與操作進行詳細的討論。
